Project enquiries

The form asks for your name, email, business, city or service area, service interest and project message. A phone number and website are optional. With your consent, these details are saved in Flor’s lead management system and included in an internal notification so the team can respond. A saved enquiry does not confirm a contract, price or appointment.

A submission reference supports safe retries and avoids duplicate requests. Temporary recovery data is removed after the notification provider accepts the message, or within 24 hours if recovery fails. The central lead record and internal email are separate and remain available for enquiry follow-up and business records; contact us to ask about access or deletion.

Flor AI chat

Flor is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Messages are processed using OpenAI to generate a reply. Conversation history is held on the server for up to 30 minutes and associated with an essential, secure session cookie. The assistant cannot submit a project brief for you. Please do not include passwords, payment information, medical information or other sensitive details.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and selected actions such as opening chat, starting the form and successfully saving an enquiry. The site does not intentionally send form contents, names, emails, phone numbers or chat messages to Analytics. Page URLs sent by this site exclude query strings and fragments. Google may process technical information associated with your browser and visit.

Analytics is not loaded until you choose to allow it. Choosing “No thanks” keeps optional tracking off. You can change the choice using the Cookie choices control in the footer. Changing a choice does not erase data already collected.

Essential processing and service providers

Hosting, delivery, abuse prevention and lead handling use Cloudflare, Flor’s lead system and Resend. These services may process information outside your province or country. We use data to operate the requested features and respond to enquiries; this website does not offer a newsletter signup or sell visitor contact information.

Your choices

You can use the pages, form and chat without optional analytics. Email us to ask about information you submitted, correct it, or request deletion subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Avoid putting confidential information in a general enquiry. If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted here.
